Sobha Hartland One Park Avenue
Located in Dubai MBR City, One Park Avenue was launched in 2019 by the master developer Sobha Realty. It is a 28-storey skyscraper, which will include 403 residential units.
Sobha has been assigned as the main contractor, while a design contract has been awarded to PNC Architects. One Park Avenue will feature 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments for sale.
The security level in Sobha Hartland One Park Avenue will be taken to another level with RFID enabled access control with smart home system. It uses biometric/face recognition for safe access to all the areas of the residential building.
The residential building is designed to support eco-friendly living, therefore, there will be electric car spaces with charging stations for residents. Moreover, bathrooms will be equipped with sustainable and smart water faucets, which conserve water by 60%. For electricity saving, there will be motion sensors installed in the lobbies, corridors and car parks.
Due to its convenient location in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, One Park Avenue provides easy access to the intersection of three roads – Oud Metha Road, Ain Dubai Road and Ras Al Khor Road. One can get to Dubai International Airport within a 20-minute drive. The Business Bay metro station is only 15 minutes away by car. The residential community is home to two well-reputed educational institutions, Hartland International School and North London Collegiate School, located within a 5-minute walk. The closest bank is Emirates NBD Bank, just 10 minutes away by car.
Sobha One Park Avenue ensures an effortless commute to the commercial and residential districts of Dubai, such as Downtown Dubai and Dubai Creek Harbour, and at the same time, it is surrounded by 2.4 million sq. ft of parks and gardens. There are also plans to build Sobha Hartland Mall nearby, which will provide a wide range of shopping and entertainment options.
