View Hamed's Profile ...Hamed Ghelichkhani, born in Tehran, is the Founder and CEO of Homeland Realty and a recognized figure in Dubai's real estate market. He moved to Dubai in 2003 and held key roles at Dehkadeh, Caspian, and Fidu Properties before founding Homeland in October 2021. With 23 years of residency in Dubai and 19 years of professional real estate experience, he is widely regarded as one of the region's pioneering influencers in the industry.
Hamed holds a Professional Doctorate in Real Estate Management from the European International University of Paris and has an academic background in Civil Engineering and Business Management. He is fluent in Persian and English, with working proficiency in Arabic.
