Saad Ur Rehman brings a solid background in finance, auditing, and real estate financial management. Originally from Pakistan, he has long been driven by a strong interest in business, finance, IT, and modern technology, passions that have played a key role in shaping his career. In 2022, Saad relocated to Dubai to advance his professional journey in finance, with a particular focus on the real estate sector. He holds an MBA in Finance as well as a Postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance, providing him with a balanced blend of strategic insight and practical expertise. Saad is also a CMA (USA) candidate. Further strengthening his professional capabilities, he has completed corporate tax training with PwC and obtained VAT certification from Dubai authorities, enabling him to manage UAE tax compliance with confidence and accuracy. Prior to joining Homeland Realty, Saad gained valuable experience at SAB Auditing of Accounts and Xact Auditing of Accounts, where he developed a strong command of auditing processes, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements. His experience as an international forex trader further enhanced his analytical mindset, particularly in areas such as risk management, cash flow control, and financial forecasting. In his current role, Saad manages accounting operations and provides clear, data-driven financial guidance that supports sound business decisions and long-term growth.
