Hamed Ghelichkhani, a civil engineer from Iran, moved to Dubai in June 2003 with a penchant desire for being a part of the city’s rapid growth. Hamed began his real estate career in February 2007 and soon got his company registered with EMAAR as an authorized agent. Hamed succeeded to become the years top agent of EMAAR in four months. Dedication, hard work, and rapport building that he had created in the financial markets and media sectors in Dubai since 2003, achieved this.

Our team members are from diverse business fields, and we needed everyone to have a common language and be on the same page. Therefore, we needed in-depth trainings for everyone including the older and the newer agents. Training a real estate agent in Dubai is a challenge, because everyone has learnt through experience and mistakes, and there are no comprehensive courses. The challenge was organizing, expressing, and converting years of experiences and failures into theory. Our CEO chose to face this challenge, and created this training course of 40 sessions. This course covers the foundations of real estate brokerage in Dubai. We filmed the sessions and put them on a cloud server so our agents can access and review them anytime.
