Sayli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and brings with her over three years of professional experience across management, sales, and human resources. Before joining Homeland Realty, she worked with Urbanera Properties, where she handled responsibilities spanning sales, office administration, front desk management, and accounts—gaining a well-rounded understanding of real estate operations. Fluent in English and Hindi, Sayli is known for her organized, adaptable, and proactive approach to work. She values clear communication, fairness, and respect, believing that strong professional relationships are built on transparency and trust. Her curiosity and eagerness to learn continually inspire her to explore new ideas and improve existing processes, setting her apart in her field. Outside of work, Sayli enjoys reading, exploring new eateries, and discovering travel destinations. She finds joy in the little moments that balance her professional and personal life.
