With nearly two decades of experience in Dubai’s dynamic property market, Ms. Faezeh Nik-Nafs brings a wealth of industry knowledge, integrity, and dedication to her role at Homeland Realty. A seasoned real estate professional since 2005, she has successfully guided clients through the intricacies of buying and selling villas and apartments, particularly within the secondary market. Her professional journey includes key roles at Landlords Properties, Fandah Properties, and most recently, Digital Homes Real Estate, where she served as Sales Manager. Born in Iran and raised in the UAE, Faezeh comes from a family rooted in Dubai since the 1970s. Fluent in English, Farsi, Arabic, and Urdu, she easily connects with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her Bachelor of Science in General Business from Excelsior College (Center of American Education) laid the foundation for her ethical, friendly, and transparent approach. Faezeh is deeply trusted by her clients, many of whom remain loyal due to her consistent honesty and reliability. Known for her sociable nature and deep understanding of both freehold and non-freehold areas, Faezeh is excited by Dubai’s evolution into a more family-oriented city. Outside of work, she enjoys desert and bike rides. Looking ahead, her goal is to build a personal portfolio of properties managed by Homeland Realty—combining her passion with her vision for long-term growth.
